The occident IV/V

STRING No. 20 // From 2017-03-01 // By Jonas Kasper Jensen www.jonaskasperjensen.com // Size 110 cm x 140 cm // ‘The occident’ is a series of paintings that visually discuss the idea of a circular culture. The paintings were made for the show with the same title together with fellow artist Johannes Sivertsen. The Occident is understood as the western world. The paintings were shown in natural light so that they were all dark when the show was open at night.
