Blooming in Shiodome

This little ghost bear is blooming in Shiodome, Japan - an unlikely environment. He says “Nothing is permanent. It is a Decision to bloom in the Spring… Enjoy your life,” in Japanese. I am very interested in exploring the concept of impermanence expressed in Buddhism. With each evolution in life, it is our decision to grow, and ideally enjoy our time here. We create our future through choices and action. To me, it is important that we continue to create beautiful memories, the only thing we keep with us. Ghost bear was 3D modeled and animated.
