my alter enigma

i'm battling a reflection of my own, endlessly regenerating new versions of my defective selves. how do you fight your own reflection when he’s the opposite of you? where is he? my grounds are his skies - my lows are his highs. abandon that version. cut him off. kill him off. do i need to be him to banish him? do i need to be the kind of evil i oppose to be for me to find him? will i remain as him once i do?
