The forest fire in Turkey's Hatay province in 2020 lasted for days and thousands of square meters of red pine forests turned to ash and this fire burned many houses in the villages of the province. Yaylica Village,located in the town of Samandag,Hatay Province,Turkey, the nature-loving daughter of one of the homeless villagers, named Ilkay, planted the first sapling in the burned forest.
