The investigated object is a UFO of a metamorphic type known as the Good Neighbor which has the shape of a small levitating house. This object has anti-gravitational and transtemporal properties that exert a point effect on the surrounding space. Eyewitnesses claim that its presence has a positive impact on their domestic lives causing problems and malfunctions to resolve themselves. The object cannot be directly contacted as it is always in a state of levitation. Its nature and behavior have been studied extensively and no signs of danger have been found. The exact purpose and nature of the Good Neighbor remains unknown.
