It's a jungle out there #013

This is a mosaic of many of my watercolor paintings. I sketch and paint daily on small pieces of paper, cardboard and wood. Recently I started cutting the little characters of robots ,beasts, demons, and humans and than place them on the studio floor and arrange the pieces creating an interesting composition. I go through this process arranging and rearranging time an again and each time I am delighted and surprised to discover new connections and meanings. The Blueprint project is a parallel digital universe to my physical universe. It affords me an opportunity to arrange and rearrange my pieces digitally and to come up with thousands of interesting and surprising combinations....View all
