The Sleepr Cell unit was created during the water war. This unit was sent throughout the world to gather information to destabilize governments that were involved in the water crisis. No one knows who they report to. And no one knows their true identity. These highly trained soldiers are effective at close combat, and specialize in espionage. They thrive in the shadows.
