Kroy Corporation, a Florida corporation with its principal place of business in Miami, was sentenced on charges related to smuggling of ozone-depleting substances into the U.S., contrary to the provisions of the Clean Air Act, Title 42, United States Code, Sections 7413(c)(1) and 7671d, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 545. Kroy Corporation was sentenced to five years of probation and a criminal fine of 40,000 and was ordered to forfeit 1,356,160 to the United States.
