National Oilwell Varco entered into settlement agreements to resolve investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement regarding non-compliance with U.S. export trade laws and regulations.
