Absentia

Primal fear of absence. Digital Ink/ Obscure Surrealism 6000x7000 pixels resolution The process for Absentia was a bit different from my last pieces. I did not use a blue print sketch beforehand like I would usually do. Instead this piece started out of pure intuition with direct inking on the canvas. I usually use this approach when I want to portray a certain emotion or feeling with my lines. Not having much of a pre-plan helps me unfilter those raw feelings directly on the canvas.
