Mothers Waiting

A portrait of two mothers expecting their first baby, taken in the summer of 2022 in Berlin. This artwork is the first portrait of a personal project where I observe and document the diversity and richness of modern motherhood in the city of Berlin. It highlights the power of love and the transformative experience of motherhood, being both unique and important in the way it challenges traditional notions of what motherhood looks like.
