I wrote this song on my 29th birthday last week. Spent the whole day listening to old music that still gets me. It's funny how a song can take you back to a time and place in your life. And for a moment you can live it all over again. This song is about chasing that feeling and when it sometimes lets you down. Nostalgia can be a drug, having you wishing for the old times instead of living for new ones. Making this track was like therapy, and I hope you guys feel it as much as I did. All the love 🖤 - Harry
