What if I told you that all of this thoughts which we often label as dark: all the frustration, anxiety, fears -are actually exactly what we asked for when we decided to look for so called "enlightenment" or "awakening"?
Take it as a blessing, live through it, let the process be , as it will last only as long as your mind will keep on resisting the change that HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.
What if we were told to LOVE our every sensation, including sadness, including anxiety, including rage? Loving means accepting. What if we would be taught to receive every emotion as a blessing, because it is actually an OPPORTUNITY for change?
