Autumn Equinox

As the sun begins to dip lower in the sky and the night greets us earlier, we say goodbye to the warmer days of summer and begin our journey into the colder months of winter. But before that time comes, we are lucky enough to witness the changing of the colours through natures brushstrokes as she paints the trees all shades of orange, red and yellow. The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year for many cultures and is a time to 'harvest'. This could be the harvest of the things planted in your garden or in the spiritual sense of harvesting your goals and intentions you set yourself for the year.
