"For All The Love I Have Within Camino Real."

I developed a deep connection with someone I met and they ultimately became the muse for this painting, it’s my artist equivalent of an attempt to subverting the culture of the “gaze”, it’s all the love I have within Camino real, it’s where I spent my time in my studio not only gathering inspiration but learning what it means to see personally. All the love I’ve had within that state of being is channeled here. The figure exists as a singular unit, exactly one of one. it’s personal.
