This artwork is dear to our hearts. We have spent a lot of time refining its conception and realization. ÆRA is especially significant to us because it represents a major change in our artistic process.
Recently, we learned that the epoxy we had been using since the beginning of our art career was insidiously poisoning us. If we were to continue to use it, the emanating fumes would cause damaging repercussions on our health. With this art piece, we wanted to articulate how this news has affected us as artists and pushed us to evolve.
