As the rain subsides, crystal clear puddles line the streets of Singapore. The usually perfect tarmac road is broken for a moment and offers a glimpse of a forgotten under world. Flowers cling to the skyscrapers below, wrapping themselves around window frames and balconies as if reaching up to the world above them.
