Nothing gets my stomach turning more, than seeing some climate activists destroying a Van Gogh with a can of soup. I get it, demonstrating for earth and oil causes.
Here's one question... Why did you choose to ruin artist's work? Why not a different way to protest? Does Van Gogh's painting "Sunflowers" really deserve a can of soup throw at it? Now we see his other piece "Peach Trees in Blossom' getting vandalized. J.MW. Turner's 'Tomson's Aeolian Harp' getting hands glued onto it. John Constable's 'The Hay Wain' even getting some glued hand action. Who could believe 'The Last Supper' by Giampietrino would get the same glued hand treatment. Is this painting activism a new fad?
