We have arrived at our first destination. This place is named after a unique chalk cliff in Denmark, a place I hold very dear. As a child, I would collect chalk there and use it for asphalt drawings at home. Later in life, I moved to London to study art, and I created conceptual photography projects on a similar chalk site in the UK.
I have now moved back to Scandinavia and I'm revisiting this place. This time, however, it serves as a 'mental space' rather than an actual location. The geological features are similar yet different, they seem real but are entirely imagined.
