Venice... morning quiet.

Venice, Island of Giudecca around 3-4am. A freezing foggy winter morning. Total silence and quietness are almost impossible to find in this city. I spent a few hours just walking around, taking it all in and waiting for the city to slowly wake up. A surreal and incredible feeling of almost going back in time... the buildings, the art, the history, the atmosphere in the air. A special moment in time that I hope I was able to capture through this image.
