In 2019, I did a nude photoshoot with my friend and photographer Daniel N. Johnson. I was one year out of an emotionally abusive relationship that robbed me of my self-confidence and self-esteem. This shoot was an opportunity for me to take my power back, to feel ownership over my body and to collaborate with Daniel - whose work and vision I deeply admire, and with whom I feel safe and respected.
