Remembering

Photo at a first glance is a text created by iconic signs to represent an object which is in a certain time and place. In a deeper view, the photo is a kind of narration that the photographer is its narrator. Such a narration does not necessarily represent the real world but all possible worlds that there is no limitation in opting and combining the signs to represent. In this work, I combined two sets of signs that signify two eras to represent them in a single photo. First, the signs that represent the avant-garde fashion of the present time and second the signs that represent the Renaissance paintings.
