The Color of Rain: Magic Mountain series

Inspired by the other-worldly mountain ranges in the Westerns United States, these high craggy mountains create a fantastical landscape, like a journey to another planet. An iridescent rain streams down from multicolored clouds. A car travels slowly on the road below the mountains and cliff faces.
