I have a friend, except it's not really a friend but it buddies up with me just like one. It's called Addiction and comes in many forms. Addiction has plagued me for most of my life. It wrapped it's smokey cloak over me when I was very young edging me on to drink more coke, eat more sweets and do more things that felt good. I started smoking at the age of 14 and addiction really enjoyed this .I went on to recreational substances for quite some time and when I kicked all of that, addiction changed form, now wanting to work out more and more it enjoyed protein shakes and energy supplements.
