Beloved by many, Azazel acted as a guest in a stranger’s home. Always sensitive to the needs of others, he did what he could to repay his welcome on Earth. He taught mankind how to forge swords and tutored them in wielding their power with respect. Throughout those first years, he never wavered in his dedication to enriching the lives of mankind. Despite the depth of his efforts, Azazel was the first to be blamed when the catastrophe began. With mankind’s trust broken, every bit of goodwill he had built was traded for an equal amount of resentment.
