AI-Magined Face

Have always programmed my painting robots to emulate my creative process. They make marks on a canvas, use AI to analyze the marks, then make more marks based on the analysis, repeating this cycle over and over again in a creative feedback loop. In this piece it is using a GAN trained on hundreds of portraits to gradually build a face within its imagination. Then as soon as it detects a face it begins painting. Two physical works accompany this NFT, the canvas and a television ready ArtStick that will play an extended version of the NFT through an HDMI port.
