AI portrait made in collaboration with a painting robot's creative mind. For the artists, the work evokes the two faced Roman god Janus, and how that relates to the year 2020. For the robot, it is 17,496 brushstrokes based on images supplied by the artists, which it then interpreted using feedback loops, neural networks, and dozens of AI algorithms.
