A series of generative artworks that blend and twist to create something that feels eerily organic in nature. This imaginary catalog of life forms mesmerizes and pulls you in, while at the same time creating a sense of uneasiness. The artworks are generated with a GAN neural network, by using a specific genetic pool. Then, the most fit genotypes are bred and propagated selectively to mix genes and obtain different phenotypes. The evolutionary steps that give birth each creature are guided by a human hand, but they also involve some random variation, as they would in nature.
