i made this work with assorted items you might find around my mimas house. my mima is my dads mother, she was the most supportive, loving, and the strongest spirit i’ve ever met. when i think of home i think of sitting on her porch in a wire chair, letting the sun hit my face. the smell of sweet tobacco, the wet grass on my bare feet. she recently passed due to a battle with cancer, and i miss her everyday. she was my first home.
made using xylol toner transfers, 2 packs of maverick red 100s, and wax resist on bristol paper.
