Together and apart

Together and apart is my personal depiction of the turmoil many of us have lived through since 2020. When the pandemic broke out many were separated from family and friends for an unimaginably long period of our lives; unable to hug, touch, kiss or hold hands with loved ones. This image was taken off the coastline of Perth in Western Australia in July 2022. Early one morning whilst flying along the coast I came across a young couple walking hand in hand; enjoying the beauty of the world around them, whilst a solitary person strolled along the pier.
