Life Fall

Orfeo Tagiuri’s Life Fall (2021) employs hand-drawn sketches to express human mortality. Tagiuri’s dainty yet darkly comic diagram shows a figure endlessly falling from one man-hole marked ‘before’ down through another, marked ‘after’. The empty space between is simply labelled ‘life’ - putting the meme in ‘memento mori’. Each purchase comes with one of twenty hand drawn frames that comprise the original animation. This is a physical drawing 14x10cm signed, numbered and dated. These are unlocked using a password obtained upon purchase.
