Contour

Contour is part of the series Aviary. Aviary is about the possibilities offered through an abstraction of nature. Here the intricate architecture of a bird is stripped of its context and scale, to be re-presented with a silent beauty and vulnerability. The original photos are of living birds and were taken at a wildlife sanctuary.
