At night, the sky was painted in bright red colors, a terrible omen of danger for all mankind. After sunset, no one went out into the street, people hid in their homes and, with bated breath, listened to the steps of a terrible beast that walked around in search of a victim. With the rising of the sun, the spell was dispelled and Naiad remembered what terrible things she had done. Hiding from the persecution of the villagers who wanted to conquer Naiad, she spent her days in the darkest caves, praying to the gods for release from the curse. Naiad no longer felt joy, helplessness, loneliness and shame became her companions…
