The world can be a beautiful place but for those of us with ADHD, the beauty doesn’t appear until we realize it wasn’t built for a neurodiverse brain. We must prioritize self-awareness so that we can redesign how we embrace our own beauty! Focusing on our strengths and accomplishments: Self-doubt can be fueled by a focus on our weaknesses and failures. By focusing on our strengths and accomplishments, we can begin to see ourselves in a more positive light and to feel more confident in our abilities.
