In an age of mass civil unrest globally, when progress seems to be regressing and rights of the most vulnerable are at stake, DISRUPTOR is about standing in places of power and challenging the status quo. It is about advocacy, creating meaningful dialogue and not asking for permission to be heard. DISRUPTORs create space for divergent thinking, broader conversation and a deeper appreciation of OTHERNESS and other ways of being. The model represent the faces of tomorrow standing in the halls of power - Women, BIPOC and LGBTQI people.
