Johnny and June

There isn’t a more iconic country music love story than that between Johnny Cash and June Carter. Both were stars in their own right. They met backstage at the famed Grand Ole Opry and June supposedly said to Johhny, "I feel like I know you already.” The couple toured together, fell in love and married in 1968. Johnny credited June with helping him recover from drug addiction, further solidifying their bond. The couple shared two Grammys, along with two solo Grammys for June and 11 for Johnny.
