A Guide to Mindful Breathing: Keep your attention focused on the sculpture. Notice how it's breathing deeply and slowly. Observe the movement of the sculpture and match the pace of its breathing. Inhale, hold for a moment and exhale together. Do not force yourself to refocus if your mind wanders or your physical sensations distract you. This is a natural part of mindfulness. Simply label your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgement, for example, "sadness" or "fear" Similarly label your physical sensations, such as "warm" or "soft".
