Crepuscolo

Cubist hilly landscape that is being illuminated by a waning sun, the shadows are long, some clouds are backlit while some are not, then there are few houses and a series of cypress-like trees on the left, the areas tending to orange and brownish are wheat fields while the green patches are meadows. Technically it is a cubism in which the colors are full-field and uniform, there are no shading, all the pieces are uniformly colored. This piece is an experiment in which I paid great attention to the search for balance, I tried to mix a lot of things so as to have a density of colors without using shading but aggregating them with each other in a way that gives a sense of movement to the work. ...View all
