The wheatlands of elysia lay to the east of the grasslands, and grew all manner of crops. The original people of elysia lived here, in turn migrating further east to found the holy city of Azarath and westwards to build the city of Aurich. Before widely dispersing, these communities cultivated all manner of foods using these grains, which are still a staple of elysian foods around the world to this day.
Elysian grain is good and strong, and the various types combined provide all of the essential nutrients one needs. These were crossbred by these early wheatland communities to create the einkorn, a grain which contained all essential nutrients and could survive well through the winter.
