Cosmic Clock Universe

Everyone woke up this morning thinking it was just any other day. Little did they know, their lives were about to take a mysterious turn. The sky glowed a deep blue, the wristwatches that the government gifted us, switched on with a strange symbol lit up in the center. What followed was an announcement from a mysterious voice echoing through the city; a voice that none of the citizens recall hearing before. It was announced that the world was now under the rule of a cosmic clock. Everyone was instructed to sync the time on their wristwatch and the timing of the cosmic clock.
