Stephanie Johnston the Dryad

Stephanie was born in the forest primeval to a Dryad mother and human father. She grew up playing among the trees and flowers, learning the ways of magic from her mother. When she came of age, Stephanie was granted the power to transform into a tree herself - an ability she used to defend her forest home from loggers and developers. For her great deed in protecting the forest, Stephanie was hailed as a hero by both humans and Dryads alike. She now uses her powers to keep the peace between the two worlds, and acts as a guardian of nature.
