Wildflower

This painting was inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. I’ve filled the picture with delicate British Roses, but despite its unmatched beauty, it’s fading into the background. While the girl exudes a lively energy, with her unruly hair and cheerful demeanor at the forefront — much like Alice, she opts to embody the essence of a wildflower rather than a wallflower.
