Shapes & Structure of Acropora

Acropora species are some of the most prevalent reef building corals across the world. Usually I always like to show off the bright vibrant colors these animals display, but this piece is meant to focus on the tiniest details in form and texture. When you look really close at these details, the fractal nature of these animals becomes more apparent.
