CTZN - Magnus

Mangus is the leader of the most notorious pirate crew the Black Skull. Formally, he was the director of operations at the CTY:01's main port. During his tenure as director he made unscrupulous deals with smugglers. In his descent into the underworld, one day Magnus disappeared only to resurface as the captain of the Black Skull pirate crew. The Black Skull pillages all shipping around the city, including government and trading conglomerates. Magnus landed in the spotlight after a brazen act of piracy on government ships carrying lethal mmTECH weapons. The incident drew the attention of Takeda resulting in a secret alliance that could terrorize the city.
