The Dead Portrait #19/20

The Dead Portrait walked through the barren desert landscape, the sun beating down on its cloak. Driven by a singular purpose they had come to this desolate place in search of something, and they would not rest until they found it. The desert was vast and unforgiving, with nothing but sand dunes and rocky outcrops as far as the eye could see. The figure had been walking for what seemed like days, with no sign of life or what it was they sought. But still they pressed on, following a deep instinct that told them they were getting closer.
