Flow State

Thousands of versions of this shot have been taken at the base of Yosemite Falls in Yosemite National Park. It is only a small part of the magic that emanates from this valley formed by glaciers millions of years ago. As I began experimenting with this shot, I found myself in a world of creativity. Dozens of versions of this image, each more amazing than the last. This trance that I was in felt quite familiar. For anyone that has worked in a creative or technical capacity, you've no doubt felt this feeling. Time becomes irrelevant and the world shuts down around you.
