Pepin the Wisp

A craftsman of many fields and a speaker of many tongues, Pepin the Wisp is the Keeper of the Shroud under Queen Sellandarse. As the Elf-Kingdom's Mantled, he has helped his Queen maintain a long - if uneasy - peace between the great peoples of the earth. Sometimes this means silencing voices who would stir up chaos, and sometimes this means fostering rumors to disrupt opposition. The one rumor he hasn't been able to quash is that his relationship with his Queen goes far beyond his duties as Mantled.
