Mulhat [#166]

On the planet of Toppat a number of the inhabitants wear top hats. I guess the clue is in the planet’s name. However, the same rule would lead you to think that the inhabitants of Earth have soil on their heads and this is not the case. The mulhats use their magnificent horns to shape the rims of these top hats. It's quite an ancient skill that has been passed on from generation to generation. Strangely enough they can’t wear the hats themselves on account of their curly mullet hairstyle.
