The collective mindset often arises in crisis. The paradox of a crisis is that it often charges people to do the unbelievable through sheer adrenaline, to help and focus on solving the problem at hand.
It is our human tendency to reach out and do what we can in the face of a crisis. If history has taught us anything, the human mind and will is capable of incredible things when faced with dangerous situations.
In the last two years we saw it in how people responded to help each other during this pandemic. Most recently we saw Malaysians rise above their own fears to save people in floods through Twitter.
This collective focused mindset driven by adrenaline is what the world needs.
