A Second Chance

Scooter is one of the most recent additions to the family and one that has a very special place in my heart. I found her when she was quite young, and surprisingly friendly. She unfortunately got lost in the woods about three weeks after, and thankfully came back... albeit, with a hole in her foot. I routinely gave her oral and topical antibiotics, cosequin, and kept her in a play-pen made specifically for cats for three weeks, until she was almost fully healed. She also battled a rough upper respiratory infection recently, that of which, she thankfully managed to get through with the help of more medicine, and me giving it to her.
